Beyond the Therapy Room

  • The beach is my happy place you'll rarely find me happier than with my feet in the sand.

  • I'm a huge movie lover and could happily spend hours talking about films.

  • My idea of a perfect day often includes hunting for the best momos in Delhi.

  • If I'm not in session, I'm probably grabbing a coffee at M Block Market or adding a few too many things to my Sephora cart.

  • I'll always choose the dance floor over playing a board game competitively.

  • I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted. That belief guides both my work and my everyday life.

  • I'm a feminist and someone who has never been afraid to question norms that don't leave room for equity, authenticity, or compassion.

  • I have a tattoo on my right arm where each flower represents one of my sisters a reminder of the people who keep me grounded.

  • My understanding of mental health isn't only academic. I've experienced grief and complex trauma, and I've been in therapy myself for over six years. It's one of the many reasons I believe therapy is for everyone , not just during difficult times, but as a space for growth, healing, and self discovery.

  • After living away from home for several years, I'm grateful to be back in Delhi, surrounded by my family, my partner, and the city that still feels like home.
